These terms apply when you use pdfoak.com. PDFOak is operated by Brellix (“we”). By using the site you agree to them; if you do not, please do not use it.
Your files
You keep every right in the files you use with PDFOak, and we claim none. Browser tools process your file on your device and never send it to us. Upload tools send your file to our conversion server only to perform the conversion you asked for, and delete it when the request ends, as the privacy page describes.
Acceptable use
Use the tools only on files you have the right to process, and only unlock a file you are entitled to open. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, and do not try to disrupt it, overload it, or get around its rate limits or human checks.
Results and accuracy
The tools are provided free and as they are. A conversion can lose formatting, misread a scan or misplace a table cell, so check the result before you rely on it, especially numbers. Keep a copy of your original file.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to the service
We may change, limit or remove a tool at any time, including the file-size limits on upload tools. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
